CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL JUDO DAY WITH TACIANA LIMA - BIOGRAPHY

Today, wednesday 28th October marks the birthday of the founder of judo, Kano Jigoro Shihan, and as such this date is celebrated as World Judo Day.

In Guinea-Bissau Judo is not a well-known sport yet, perhaps we still have popular Judokas from Guinea-Bissau.

Taciana Lima Cesar was born  in 12 December 1988 in Olinda in Brasil with a  Bissau-Guinean nationality.

Although she was born in Brasil, her father is from Guinea-Bissau, so Taciana Lima decided to represent her Bissau-Guinean roots.
